Credit requests must be made from the latest version of the App available on the App Store, otherwise the request will be considered invalid and the credit will be lost.
It will be the user’s discretion to check for updates and new versions of the App in the appropriate Store.
Credit requests containing actions performed by a minor version of the App to version 1.25 are automatically considered invalid and the credit will be lost.
Credit requests containing even just a photo chosen from the sample with misleading content compared to the one requested, or the collection of waste, are considered invalid and the credit will be lost.
The developer reserves the right to evaluate and validate whether or not the request for credit by the user based on the truthfulness of the actions performed by him within the App.
The developer is not required to give in-depth descriptions of the reasons for a possible rejection of a request, but in the event of contact, he can, at his discretion, explain what happened with the user.
Once the credit request has been sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in the inserted e-mail, which may be positive (correct receipt), or negative (request rejected for sending via an updated version).
The developer reserves the right to suspend or cancel accumulated payments / earnings in the event of anomalies or internal problems.
